The urban concept is a strategic document that outlines the spatial development perspectives of the hromada for the long term.
It includes a comprehensive analysis of the hromada's current state, identifies key areas for development, and proposes potential projects for both the short and long term.
The concept serves as a comprehensive foundation that encompasses all aspects of hromada's life, ensuring sustainable, consistent, and harmonious development across all sectors.

Future pilot projects
Revitalization of the "Kazka" playground
Transforming the playground into a space for charity fairs, library pop-ups, and gardening workshops for everyone.
Development of cycling infrastructure
Promoting cycling culture through bike parades, temporary street closures for bike days, and the creation of cycling routes—to make the city more mobile and its residents healthier.
Revitalizing spaces: focus on greenery
Instead of concrete high-rises, let's have more trees and parks. This includes implementing park installations, tree care programs, and guerrilla gardening initiatives.
